Investigating states of matter
Today we looked more closely at how the particles in a solid, liquid and a gas behave. We looked at how they move and the pattern the particles have. In groups, we went outside and acted as a solid, liquid and gas. It was important that we worked as a team and agreed on how we were going to represent the particles in each state. We knew that the particles in a solid are tightly packed together, whereas a gas they are much more free.
