Great fire of London

Today Year 2 had an 'fiery' afternoon. We have been learning about the Great Fire of London and what the houses were like in 1666 and how the fire spread.

Today we created our own houses and then placed them in rows like they were in the 1600's. We set fire to the first one and watched the fire spread as the houses were so close together. Well done Year 2!
