Terrific Tadpoles!

Year 1 have been monitoring the growth of their tadpoles. They have watched the tadpoles come out of the frog spawn, and now they are in our tank in the classroom. We have to put fresh pond water in twice a week, and each day we notice something different. We record it in our ‘Tadpole Watch’ book.

Noor - At first they were little jellies and now they have grown into tadpoles. Their tails look spikey.

Amelia – They are getting bigger and fatter. I like how they wiggle.

Joshua – I think they are getting back legs and they are going two times faster than before!
