Year 4 Archaeologists!

Year 4 began their learning about the Romans, in preparation for their visit to Vindolanda next week!

They tried to experience what it is like to work as an archaeologist, and took it in turns to carefully brush away sand to reveal hidden artefacts.

They then talked about their finds, and what this told them about Roman Soldiers.
