Book fun at Waterstones!

Year 2 had a great time this afternoon visiting Waterstones. They met Jonny who was really funny and an excellent story teller. He showed them how to use picture dice and their imaginations to create a story with a beginning, middle and end. They laughed the whole way through the story as Jonny pretended to be an old lady who had some very strange adventures on a futuristic beach! Before heading back to school, they used their World Book Day vouchers to buy a new book. They can’t wait to take them home!
