Year 2 had a fantastic time exploring Castle Keep in Newcastle.  They had a tour of the castle and climbed 99 steps to the top of the tower, they spotted all the bridges and could see for miles!

Year 5 made some fantastic 'Orrerys' as part of their Earth, Sun and Moon topic. They drew the 8 orbits with a compass and arranged the planets in order of size and placed them in the correct order from the sun!

Wow! What a fantastic start we’ve had to the new academic year. The children in both, Nursery and Reception have all settled really well into their new school. We are so proud of all the children and we look forward to teaching them this year.
