    Mix it up!

    Mix it up!

Reception read 'Mix it up!' and explored colours and colour mixing. We experimented by pouring warm water on to the skittles and predicting how the colours would mix. After that, we observed the colours mix together.
    Hockey at RGS

    Hockey at RGS

Yesterday our champion hockey players got the opportunity to attend RGS to be coached by a former England hockey player and some of the current national champions from RGS Hockey 1st XI. It was great experience for the boys and girls and we hope they can take some of the training into the county cup finals next Tuesday.

    Y4 visit Vindolanda

Year 4 had a wonderful day at Vindolanda, exploring Roman history and finding out about the lives of the Roman army that lived there. They spoke to archaeologists who were working on the site, explored the museums packed with interesting artefacts, and finished with a lesson from a virtual teacher - who taught them how to speak and count in Latin.
