In maths, Year 1 sorted objects. They sorted pom poms, cubes and buttons. They sorted them into different colours, shapes and sizes. Once we had sorted the objects, we counted how many were in each group.
Today we investigated waterproof materials. We wanted to make a new house for the three little pigs but we wanted it to be waterproof. We made a house using wood, fabric and plastic. We then poured water on each to see if the material was waterproof.
