As part of their Roman topic, Y4 visited Vindolanda. They had a great day!

Our fantastic Breakfast Club was launched today! We have teamed up with Greggs Foundation and North to provide a brilliant breakfast club for our children. We had a great morning with cereal, toast, singing from the amazing choir and even a special visit from Hope the Gingerbread Man!

Our fantastic Ukulele club got off to a great start!

In our first week we investigated oil and water, and made our version of a lava lamp. Amelia said “I like making potions” Taylor noticed that mixing red and blue water made purple. Igor saw that the oil always came to the top and George explained that oil and water do not mix. All of the young scientists asked questions and offered explanations. Well done!

Y2 acted out the Battle of Hastings today!

Y6 enjoyed a great morning at Safetyworks, learning about all things safety.

Mr Gorman and Mrs Hillard were very proud of how the football team behaved and displayed team character in their matches tonight even after 3 defeats. Well done boys and girls.

Y4 came and shared their stories with Reception today! Reception also shared all of the letters that they have learnt - super!
